Real Estate Specialist
Catalyst Experiential is looking for a full time real estate specialist to join our development team as we expand throughout the East Coast. Working from our headquarters in Newtown Square, PA this role will support the team in sourcing, entitling, permitting, and constructing new assets.  This role will work on a team that includes roles such as Development Specialist, Land-Use Counsel, Construction and Analyst personnel.


Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assists in the identification and pursuit of new parcels of land for our installations (“development locations”)
  • Review of public record and property ownership information
  • Work with the Analyst role as the lead on developing financial pro-forma’s through-out the process
  • Engage with property owners and negotiate in the acquisition and/or leasing of properties
  • Understand and lead the due diligence process in property purchase scenarios (environmental, title review & insurance, etc.)
  • Coordinate and organize various vendors for development projects (i.e. engineering, traffic study, surveyors, etc)
  • Review of local zoning ordinances, zoning maps, and amendments
  • Obtain all necessary approvals and permits for zoning & building in conjunction with local counsel
  • Comprehend survey and construction drawings
  • Management of the project from property procurement to zoning approval



  • Experience of having done the full cycle of land acquisition and development process
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum five years of experience in real estate brokerage and/or development industry
  • Must have experience with preparing proposals and negotiating lease & sale contracts
  • Feel confident in client & vendor interaction
  • Brokerage, zoning, and permitting experience
  • Be able to problem solve and find solutions
  • Lead your tasks from conception to completion
  • Be consistent with an eye for detail
  • Be self-motivated and not require constant supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to prioritize projects
  • Attention to detail, patience and perseverance is a must
  • Must be collaborative and a team player
