Paul de Janosi

EVP, Development

As Head of Development at Catalyst, Paul brings over 25 years of experience scaling businesses and creating shareowner value for Fortune 100 and private equity-owned companies.

Paul has successfully built services and product companies that had similar characteristics to Catalyst: strong leadership with a tremendous vision; a unique core set of knowledge and capabilities; and a need to scale internal operations and develop a repeatable go-to-market approach.  Paul is a leader in these types of operational roles and loves helping businesses grow to the next level.

As the President and Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity of a premier independent global Operations Management Consulting firm, Paul developed relationships with many of the leading private equity firms including Blackstone, TPG, KKR, CDR, AEA, and Platinum Equity.

Paul began his career at IBM as an automation and manufacturing efficiency engineer and progressively held executive positions in engineering, sales, marketing and finance.

Paul then served as VP of Global Supply Chain for the Campbell Soup Company where his responsibilities included functional and operational oversight of global procurement, manufacturing, logistics and distribution, and customer service for the $8B food manufacturing company.

Paul also served as President and CEO of Benchmarking Partners, an influential research-based consulting firm offering operational strategy consulting and application advisory services.

Paul graduated cum laude from Lehigh University where he earned both his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and B.A. in Physics.
